Is the gotlinq MCP server free?

Yes. Connecting is free and works on the free plan, which keeps up to 500 bookmarks and 200 short links. Pro is $5 a month and lifts both.

Which apps does it work with?

Any app that supports remote MCP servers with OAuth: Claude (web, desktop and Claude Code), ChatGPT in developer mode, Cursor, VS Code and others. The server URL is https://gotlinq.com/mcp.

Do I need a gotlinq account?

Yes, because your links are kept there. You can create one during the connect step, without leaving the flow.

Can the assistant delete my bookmarks?

No. There is no delete tool. It can archive a bookmark or pause a short link, both reversible from gotlinq, and void an invoice when you ask. It can save and search links, make short links, QR codes and campaign links, show links on your page, and create draft invoices that are emailed only when you ask.
